Valerian Hugues

After 2 years at the School of Fine Arts, Valerian Hughes trained at the Esmod school. Young graduate, he immediately joined the house Dries Van Noten ( he will be the assistant of the creator for 2 years). His career continued with Christian Lacroix, then with Paco Rabanne, and Yves Saint Laurent whom he considered his mentor and for whom he created the Rive Droite line for 3 seasons.

In 2010, he launched his eponymous brand, and opened his first shop in 2015 near the Eiffel Tower, after having had his showroom on the Champs-Elysées. In his new Paris based boutique-studio he creates, develops and exhibits his creations of ready-to-wear, couture and high-end bespoke.

The beauty of the models in the collection lies not only in their design, but also in the choice and association of the most beautiful materials. Valerian Hughes is committed to working with the best artisans in France recognized for their know-how.
