Valerian Hugues
After 2 years at the School of Fine Arts, Valerian Hughes trained at the Esmod school. Young graduate, he immediately joined the house Dries Van Noten ( he will be the assistant of the creator for 2 years). His career continued with Christian Lacroix, then with Paco Rabanne, and Yves Saint Laurent whom he considered his mentor and for whom he created the Rive Droite line for 3 seasons.
In 2010, he launched his eponymous brand, and opened his first shop in 2015 near the Eiffel Tower, after having had his showroom on the Champs-Elysées. In his new Paris based boutique-studio he creates, develops and exhibits his creations of ready-to-wear, couture and high-end bespoke.
